Our fulfillment partner selects the most cost-effective carrier to deliver your order, and that carrier can be FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, or Canpar, etc. You will be provided a tracking link in the shipping confirmation once your order leaves the facility so that you can follow along with your order's progress in delivery!
You can also check up on your order's progress by logging into your customer account and viewing 'my orders' and/or checking the order status page!
If you notice a delay once your order has left our facility, you're encouraged to contact the carrier directly as they have the most helpful information, or you can reach out to our team here at info@loveamika.ca.
